The MVD Virtual PRO is a complete service information directory designed to make the Kerala Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) services simple and transparent and accessible to citizens at anytime, anywhere. MVD V-PRO provides information, tutorials, and direct links of MVD-related services, offering virtual Public Relations Officer (PRO) experience. Key services such as paying e-challans, downloading licenses, and accessing official documents are all available in one place . The website provides videos, step-by-step guides, and documents to help citizens complete services with ease.

The project was inaugurated by Hon. Transport Minister Sri. K.B. Ganesh Kumar , marking a major step toward a more tech-driven and citizen-friendly transport system in Kerala.

Current Status

Virtual PRO is live in Kerala as a new digital initiative and is available in at least some offices and public places via QR codes. It is active in a partial or pilot capacity across the state. However, it may not yet be fully rolled out everywhere, and usage in every RTO / region may vary.
